“Ventllage” is an ongoing series that Zelene Jiang Schlosberg began in 2018. Evolving over time, it contemplates the act of creating space—both physical and emotional—through subtle gestures. Using pale blacks, whites, canvas, wood, thread, and nails, Schlosberg constructs quiet compositions that speak of fragility, restraint, and the traces of touch.
